If pedophilia gets normalized & legalized, how will they blackmail people to ensure loyalty in future? Does the emergence of this 'pedophilia is normal' narrative indicate that they feel they have enough power now that ensuring loyalty is redundant? Any ideas?

Excellent point. Sadly, the ones compromised are the ones who the wrote laws. Unless you are a pedo you have little chance of penetrating their privates.
