States can issue what ever measures they want but it's up to the counties and cities to enforce them. I live in a swing state in a rural community but I visited the capital and found 1 out of 20 people wearing masks and nobody was social distancing.
My kids were playing sports all summer. Camps with no masks or distancing. We played a full season of men's softball and we are about to start fall sports.

If y'all will notice u/DNC_Ballot_QATeam didn't say there were no restrictions where he lived. Just that they hadn't worn a mask in three months.
My county has a mask mandate. I don't wear a mask. If they ask me to wear one, which normally only ever happens at Costco, I just tell them I can't.
If they want to call the cops and start a scene I will be more than happy to do so.
But nobody does. They don't even ask me to wear one anymore like they used to try to do.
