Morally, I would shoot them for because of participation in a riot, but not over a drink. Practically speaking, I don't want to be charged with murder.
I never said brandish or shoot. I'm just saying when you open carry a firearm prople are much more polite. They may be stupid but they understand violence. As I get older I rarely open carry though. I prefer them to not know I'm packing heat. Don't want to be a target.
