To all the people saying "DO SOMETHING THEN" or "He's all talk" - What do you expect a single senator or even a dozen like-minded senators to do during a split legislature besides getting out the PR messaging and being aggressive in his various committee functions.
They're not going to get any meaningful legislation to actually turn the country back in the right direction until we win back the House so for now, yeah "all talk" is all you can expect from Ted.
