He says that Gaige wasn’t pointing his gun at him, but at one point he was.

It doesn’t matter because his friend posted his intention to murder Kyle, phrases as a regret.

I'll take a guess.... A one-armed antifa will have a very 'hard' time in federal prison defending himself. I believe it was a felony for him to carry a firearm as well, he was on probation last I heard. I bet he has some inside knowledge on local Antifa Cells

exactly WTF

Another crucial piece he missed is our brief looks into the intent and mindsets of kyle and the pedo from earlier in the night.

Kyle: photos of him cleaning graffiti earlier in the day and a brief interview before the shooting when he describes why he's there: protecting property and helping people, he has his medkit. Also his rifle, for his own protection.

Rosenbaum: possibly tweaking on meth (any word on toxicology from an autopsy?) "Shoot me n****" while actively provoking confrontation.

I believe the answer you're looking for is "yes."

Tiquortoo 1 point ago +1 / -0

The law doesn't require Kyle to wait for him to point the gun in that situation. He's already been attacked, the person pulling the gun out is clearly a further assailant.

The other reason Kyle is likely to get off is that he acted in self defense and didn’t commit any crimes.

Other than some misdemeanor for minor with a weapon (don't know the local laws) the DA charging documents seem to agree. I predict time served and he's free. Plus he's a minor. Then he can sue TF out of Social Media. https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/09/kenosha_prosecutor_proves_kyle_rittenhouses_case_comments.html

Not a crime, 16 is the age to carry openly in WI.

He desperately needs a better legal team. Barnes went through it on viva frei’s podcast and offered his help as well.

It was absolutely self defense if Kyle hadn’t done what he did he would be dead now and the US Marshals would be coming for those communists

"A third victim, Gaige Grosskreutz, 26, of West Allis, Wisconsin, who survived, first held up his hands in a gesture of surrender at a distance of a few feet. In one of his hands, he held a gun. But when he “moved toward” Rittenhouse, prosecutors said, Rittenhouse fired, striking him in the arm."

Bullshit. He wasn't surrendering. He jumped back in shock at the sound of the rifle. His hands were only up for a split second them he moved towards Kyle for a killshot. People who surrender don't keep moving forward.

"My only regret was not emptying my mag into him"

The cuck hesitated and lost the use of his girlfriend for the next few months.

If he is charged with anything besides being an American hero and role model, it would be an injustice.

Basically, he admits it's self defence then wrongly claims Kyle was doing something illegal, then states the crowd was going to catch him and beat him based on audio in the video, followed by claiming "it might have just been citizens arrest". After this, he says he wants all open carry made illegal, claims the rifle was a military weapon, and says Kyle will get off but he wishes he wouldn't. A real scum bag.

Can you copy and paste the text. It says I can't read Chicago Trib articles.

It wasn't even a "military style rifle." It was just a rifle.

It's a shame that Eric Zorn has a first-amendment right to publish communist drivel. We need common-sense publishing regulations today, and government subsidized helicopter flights for commies.

I'm with robert barnes on this one. Rittenhouse needs new attorneys immediately. Lin Wood is being sued by his own associates, is going batshit crazy, and is going to get Rittenhouse fucked 6 ways from Sunday. ANnd, of the two current attorneys on record, HE'S the least insane and least financially in trouble.

I strongly recommend last nights live stream :

Yep, his current attorneys are more interested in grandstanding. This John Pierce guy was even on national TV carrying on about the second amendment and militias. That's the last thing you want your lawyer to do. The second amendment is a fallback argument when the state fails to protect you, but Wisconsin has very clear laws to protect your right to self defense. A scenario where the state fails to protect him and a second amendment argument is necessary would leave Kyle in prison for years while it's being resolved.

The tragedy of Kenosha, along with the response of the presidential candidates, reveals much about the core issues Americans will vote on in November

sixfingerdildo 4 points ago +4 / -0

This article is laying groundwork for rioting. Since none of the assailants are black, it doesn't have any weight. But they're trying.

I have lost faith in his lawyers when they failed to bring on a local defense attorney. This has potential to be royally botched.

MaverickRobot 0 points ago +1 / -1

I've lost faith in the judges and the judicial system ability to be non partisan.

1
Itype33 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ya, there's definitely a disgusting amount of bias, but that just makes your selection of legal counsel that much more critical. They need to be politically connected and need to know when they need to petition the court to move the trial to get a better pool of jurors, or change judges. If they don't have knowledge of that shit Kyle's chances go way down.

They will riot when he gets off, because they never care about right and wrong, legal or illegal, just which side you're on.

3
Sumsuch 3 points ago +3 / -0

Getting acquitted for self-defense after being chased, kicked, hit in the head with a skateboard and having a pistol pointed at you is white privilege.

2
YoungCharles 2 points ago +2 / -0

So he’d like to see open carry banned in a state that he doesn’t even live in but he mentions nothing about people open carrying to protect businesses from violent looters, murderers, rapists and arsons?

Fuck that clown.

1
Tiquortoo 1 point ago +1 / -0

What else would he plead but the truth?

1
BalorGafdan 1 point ago +1 / -0

An attempt to retreat was made in both cases resulting in the shooting. He was physically prevented from retreating and defending himself from serious bodily harm in both cases. Attempted weapon confiscation in the first, assault and battery in the second. The DA should literally be investigated for these baseless charges against Kyle.

Crockett 0 points ago +1 / -1

Oh, he's going to plead self defense, is he? Thanks for the scoop, super-sleuth.

0
disgruntled_patriot 0 points ago +1 / -1

Yeah. No @#$%, eh Sherllock? How many powerpoint slides did it take for this nimrod to figure this out?

No wait. Don't tell me. We all know Kyle's arrest and inevitable acquittal were always just grounds for more widespread riots...

... as if commies need an excuse.
