I'm with robert barnes on this one. Rittenhouse needs new attorneys immediately. Lin Wood is being sued by his own associates, is going batshit crazy, and is going to get Rittenhouse fucked 6 ways from Sunday. ANnd, of the two current attorneys on record, HE'S the least insane and least financially in trouble.

That's the last thing you want your lawyer to do. The second amendment is a fallback argument when the state fails to protect you, but Wisconsin has very clear laws to protect your right to self defense. A scenario where the state fails to protect him and a second amendment argument is necessary would leave Kyle in prison for years while it's being resolved.

Attempted weapon confiscation in the first, assault and battery in the second. The DA should literally be investigated for these baseless charges against Kyle.

The other reason Kyle is likely to get off is that he acted in self defense and didn’t commit any crimes.
