Lin Wood is being sued by his own associates, is going batshit crazy, and is going to get Rittenhouse fucked 6 ways from Sunday. ANnd, of the two current attorneys on record, HE'S the least insane and least financially in trouble.
Yep, his current attorneys are more interested in grandstanding. This John Pierce guy was even on national TV carrying on about the second amendment and militias. That's the last thing you want your lawyer to do. The second amendment is a fallback argument when the state fails to protect you, but Wisconsin has very clear laws to protect your right to self defense. A scenario where the state fails to protect him and a second amendment argument is necessary would leave Kyle in prison for years while it's being resolved.
