I am very uncertain, but: The article in the tweet uses CNN, CNBC, etc. as sources for a number of its claims, and (from the admittedly somewhat superficial read of the article I had) the article doesn't seem to be critical of those generally ludicrously extremely lying and manipulative sources. I cannot help but be wary of the usage of such sources. And the article seems off in certain regards, such as this part:
