This is true. The audio was mistakenly put in the totally not anonymously sourced Steele Dossier before being removed and thrown in the Koi pond where Trump killed all those fish. In the latter part of the tape you can hear Joe call the fish "very fine people", a totally not bullshit story still repeated to this day by journalists who aren't biased at all.
