Wouldn't surprise me if he actually said it, but it also wouldn't surprise me if this was a fake (purposefully set in the 70's so they could account for poor audio quality and hide the imperfections) then reveal it as a fake with "proof", and have the person "responsible" for it being some fake Republican who will admit it, and pretend Trump ordered him to do it or something lol
