The left doesn't think that much. It's far more primal for them. It's that people who are introspective and realize in America the only thing holding you back from anything is yourself. Fat ugly people who tend to be collectivist and blame society for their problems are always liberals.

Yes there are plenty of fat conservatives, but every one I know will say "yea, I'm fat, and it's my own fault."
