I grew up in a post-communist state, and the adults' favorite pastime was complaining about the world, and bad-mouthing anyone who got their shit together. For people that are so fond of calling everything "toxic", it's interesting how their effect on society, more than anything, is like poison to the human body. An irony they'll never appreciate.
