It’s all for turnout and the popular vote. They want Democrat’s to believe they can win so they vote and add to the popular vote totals. It’s the opposite of California. They make sure that the polls in California show dems so far ahead that republicans don’t waste their time. Clinton won the popular vote in California by 5 million votes. Nationally it was three million. Meaning... exclude California, and trump wins the popular vote by two million. It’s all conditioning.

Don't see it. South Texas (heavily hispanic) is having a weekly Trump Train until election day.
