Most people should be taking vitamin d daily regardless. My grandmother had a serious chemical imbalance involving vitamin d. Took the doctors years to finally figure it out, and it wrecked havoc on her. Also fights depression!
Totally. Maybe I had depression but never recognized it. I felt a pressure in my head, not really physical but pressure is the best description. Started taking vitamin D and tanning in the summer (all over). It actually makes a difference if you fully tan. Your skin needs broad sun exposure to work well. But don't over do it and burn
