Today it's all cookie-cutter formulaic shit. The script meetings go, like: "Okay, but we've got to have a gay relationship in the first 15 minutes, and the boss—aw, HELL, no, the boss HAS to be a POC, preferably a female, and maybe gay. And let's make the villains all a white supremacy cult, real flag-waving 2nd-amendment white trash, right?"
