The fact that Bolton says Trump didn't say it almost makes me think that Trump DID say it.

But I just can't imagine Trump saying that or even thinking it.

Just lately, I heard he was referring to some upper echelon generals as a bunch of losers for 'getting Americans into a bunch of endless wars,' but I'm guessing some "anonymous" source decided to misinterpret.
