That's assuming your local election office is open, and has something in place to accept ballots. I've heard people saying fedex it, but my local election office only has a P.O. box, and we're told to use 'secure" election boxes, "guarded" by two "deputized" office workers.
Every single pede should personally hand deliver their mail-in ballot to the county election office and then also vote in person.
