I mean it's been confirmed that they've been doing that... adding positive antibody tests as new cases, and adding people as "probable cases" without actually even testing them.
It's obvious. People around me (who also think it's bullshit) wanted me to go get tested just to see if what I had was actually it. It lasted 2 weeks so I'm inclined to think it was and it was 90+ degrees outside every day and I stay outside and work outside a lot. I didn't want to be a bullshit statistic though.
