I see no problem with this. Some Democrats are smart enough to realize that absentee voting is a far better choice then mail in voting while most Republicans likely plan to vote in person. Either way the fraud is minimal.

NC, the state shown above, has no meaningful ID requirement. Absentee is still requested, but its not necessarily requested by a citizen or the person it represents.

Also, this is 10% of the entire adult population, or 14% of the votes expected.
