He didn’t establish the FISA courts. They’ve were established in 1978 by Congress. However, as the Chief Justice, Roberts oversees, as well as, selects the judges who serve the FISA courts.
FISA courts are unconstitutional and don’t belong in a free society.
Instead of striking down the individual mandate of Obamacare forcing individuals to buy insurance or face fines… he claimed it's just forcing people to pay taxes. Requiring people to buy health insurance is unconstitutional… unless… you play mental gymnastics and claim it’s just a tax penalty!

Same quasi-legal gymnastics that the NFA relies on. The Constitution says “Shall Not Be Infringed” BUT this is a just a tax.
