Instead of striking down the individual mandate of Obamacare forcing individuals to buy insurance or face fines… he claimed it's just forcing people to pay taxes. Requiring people to buy health insurance is unconstitutional… unless… you play mental gymnastics and claim it’s just a tax penalty!

Same quasi-legal gymnastics that the NFA relies on. The Constitution says “Shall Not Be Infringed” BUT this is a just a tax.
