Lin Wood needs to clarify on why NO ONE was present from the defence side in Kenosha Kid's bail hearing... due to which the hearing has been postponed for another month.
And why they are disclosing the facts on twitter and TV instead of moving extradition and trying to get him out on bail.
Why though, instead of getting him out on bail? I watched the video with Barnes Law, and he makes few valid points too. While the 2nd shooting is going to be adjudicated as self defence based on the video we have, the first one is where all the problem lies - there is no clear video. You can bet couple of antifa freaks are going to testify that Rosenbaum didnt attack him and it wasnt self defence. Kyle's team needs to hire private investigators to find out all the evidence in the case, check local CCTV from nearby stores if they have additional footage, find witnesses to testify on behalf of Kyle. If Kyle doesnt win this, it doesnt matter if he gets acquitted on the 2nd charge - this carries life too.
In Wisconsin the bail is set at around $1-2 Million and unless Kyle can get that kinda money he is going to be in jail till the trial is over. If they extradite him, Illinois has much lower bail and he can be out posting a bail for $100k
