If the election was disputed, then all the representatives would be fired, and the next president would be the Democrat president-protemporal in the senate.

Edit: Since the senate would have to be called into session to elect a new pro-temporal and governors take time to appoint new congressmen, I guess it would go to Mike Pompeo?
