Its still 2 months to election day. Why play your hand early when your opposition can then plan a countermove, then execute, and have you in the same position?

I feel Trump will pull the rug on section 230 a month out, which will let so many people sue Twitter and Facebook that they'll be tied up defending themselves from clear censorship and election meddling lawsuits and won't be able to actually do those things.
