The internet was supposed to help with freedom. But in reality it was the path to the end of our freedom
I don't know. I grew up before the internet and we had to rely on newspapers and the nightly news from the big media outlets for our news. There was no way to hear or be heard for conservatives. We didn't know about the Swamp. We didn't know who the real good guys were.
With the internet we have the likes of thedonald.win, Trump tweets, Tom Fitton, and a whole slew of crusaders on YouTube (to name just a few).
The internet as a whole has greatly benefited us, the real cancer is social media.
Social media is the worst. Truly the worst. You basically have virtue signaling and constant self promotion. Women have become absolute shit in the social media age and have turned their accounts into training for strippers while being thots fishing for attention.
Social media turned everyone into narcissists.
Pretty much. Now your “worth” is based on how many followers you have. We now have a generation of people who want to be Instagram “influencers” and YouTube stars. Parents now pimp their kids out to get rich and profit off of them on YouTube. And look at how many marriages it has destroyed.
When you're jerking yourself off literally/figuratively you have less time to think about the world outside your ego. So you let Mark and Jack do your thinking for you--gatekeepers controlling what info gets in and what doesn't. You become a kind of self-enclosed monad they can move anywhere on the board, like in a game of Go.

Cucks on social media communicate directly of course, e.g., to organize a public shaming ritual. But they don't have to: they can simply be mass-influenced unconsciously by social media algorithms that promote or suppress information to suit the Leftist agenda. They're channeled like fish in shoals down the mainstream narrative that controls FB and Twitter.
Susceptible cucks are on a daily regimen of blue pills--addicted to them, actually, down to the neurological level. It's dehumanizing and downright horrifying--a real Matrix scenario.

Banning shit should be banned. There should be harsh penalties for "moderating" anything online that isn't illegal. Targeted harassment? Death threats? Sure, ban away. Somebody hurt somebody else's feels? Too bad, so sad. If It were illegal to ban over hurt feelings the hurt feels crowd would have to just grow some thicker skin.
ETA: Just realized an unintended side benefit to this. If we did this, we'd also have to criminalize commercial spam as theft of advertising space else forums would be overrun with "HeRbAl ViAgRa" spam; who wouldn't love for sales spam to be punishable by law?

Many of those on YouTube are now getting banned if they go against the official narrative. Seems like YouTube and Facebook are becoming echo chambers for mainstream media. Have to search other platforms now for independent viewpoints. Bitchute, dlive, discord servers have some.

Oh, I think many others saw it too. But when I walked to the PC class room, I was late, the door was open, and I just stood at the door and looked in. Every single person, about 30, including the teacher, was "dead"quiet, bent over, not looking at anything but the screen. The only thing you could hear was clicking keyboards. I never saw that before in all of school,K-12, always someones fidgeting, goofing off, passing notes, doing some other work, whispering,,etc.) I stood in the doorway for about 5min. No one even noticed. Not even the teacher, no one ever looked around. It was like they were all mesmerized. Until I knocked. It was weird.
