Fascism is actually described pretty well there. Fascism is simply socialism with capitalist veneer. I think the more accurate version of this is:
You have two cows. The government takes both, hires you to care for them, and sells you the milk.
Nazism is fascism. Go watch Schindler's List. Schindler has to woo party officials to get government approval to open his factory. Part of securing that permission is to show that his factory will benefit the state (first by doing something with the excess Jewish 'labor force' and later switching production from consumer goods to munitions). Once he's gotten permission from the state, he's able to engage in some limited capitalism. This opportunity is only available to certain people (party members, those the states approves of, etc). This is a major feature that differentiates it from true Capitalism.
