I think everyone has an experience where they knew something obvious that the teacher didn't. Its because teachers aren't that smart. They are taught about child psychology and making lesson plans, not actual science and math and critical thinking.
I still remember my 7th grade biology teacher insisting that "blood is blue inside your body and only turns red when exposed to air, that's why your veins are blue."
Apparently it gets so hot snd humid in Korea that if you sleep with a fan on you you will die. I don't understand why but I've read a few research reports showing that it is true. In extreme circumstances fans can cause you to overheat.
I hate to be "that guy" (oh, who am I kidding, I love being "that guy." Tremble at my profound knowledge of pedantic minutia) but a 2015 Yale study found that chilly noses are actually perfect breeding grounds for rhinoviruses, and that keeping your schnoz warm inhibits viral replication.
Cold air makes your nose run and sneezing helps with the propagation, but only if you have a cold to start with. Eskimos who live in remote villages never get cold because no one has one to give it to them and infect The Village even if their noses are always running and they're always wiping it. If you lived alone on an island, no matter how cold it got, you would never get a cold.
And remember, Yale also said to stay indoors and wear a mask...
Mine are relatively minor : Declaring that colts are "boy horses" and foals are "girl horses" (fillies are young female horses ; foals are baby horses in general) , and then the one who said that Tchiakovsky wrote War and Peace (written by Leo Tolstoy ; Tchiakovsky was a music composer ). There were other instances, but those are the two that stand out. This was in Elementary school ETA : In the 1970s.
My favorite part is Norm talking about Charles Woodson winning the Heisman and how they can’t take that away from you, “unless you kill your wife and a waiter.”
Btw it was not my intention to take God's name in vain, it was simply what Jim Carrey said in the movie Liar Liar. I love that movie but I'm also a Christian, I don't encourage that in any way. No judgement here though, I respect people's freedoms :D
I get your response...it's just WAY out of context with regards to your comment and my response. If you were trying to insult me with your obvious non-sequitur then you'll be disappointed. You're entitled to your opinion and have the right to share it, and I have the right to disagree with you and regard your response as rude and passive-aggressive while believing you're probably a stand-up person who simply chose to respond with a lack of tact.
You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Have a nice day.
That was the solution for my kid, at least. Thanks to Cuomo pushing schools to be part-time, the cost of childcare was only $50/month less than tuition to a private school where I am. Plus you factor in that they'll probably be 100% remote for half the year since class sizes are 35/room, and chances are that someone will test positive throughout the year.
My kid's private school class? 8.
Good luck finding child care at a moment's notice, public school kids' parents.
It depends on where you're at. Here in Eastern NC it's not too bad bc a lot of small businesses are getting really creative. My kid's karate dojo hired a retired teacher and another lady that stepped away from being a full-time teacher to raise her grandson after her daughter died. Both are really good people. The kids basically go to karate camp all day. The teachers are on site and make sure the kids are in their state mandated BS on time and complete their HW. They tutor the kids individually when they need help. You'd be surprised how effectively you can motivate a kid to get his work done when weapons training is on the line. My kid aced his first couple of tests, which was a small surprise (he has some developmental issues due to a brain surgery when he was a toddler). Frankly, I don't care if they ever go back, my kids are doing way way better without all the social BS of public school. The only thing I don't love is paying for the same product twice.
Our kids now attend a private Christian school. Private school was something we talked about before we even HAD kids, but we just assumed it was expensive and never pursued it.
Well, thanks to the ChynaVirus, we looked into it! Thanks, loony lefties! Thanks, democrats! Thanks, teachers' unions!
We'll spend a little bit more money (compared to full time care) to keep our kids from wearing masks all day, sitting at a desk surrounded by plexiglass. Fuck that.
We no longer need your bullshit policies and lowest-common-denominator teaching.
School vouchers. Let the parents pick which school their kids go to, and let the competition begin. It also solves the issue of perpetuated generational inner-city nonsense.
Secondly, bust up teachers unions that cross county lines.
I'd be very interested in seeing what happens socially if we had a 100% guaranteed paternity test for every birth.
If we could make welfare a strictly short-term program that would be amazing.
They used to be. Now they are often communist shills who went into teaching so that they could make a difference in the world by under-minding capitalism.
He actually said that the touch screen computers at the time were “different because they just had pre-set touch zones and there will never be a full touchscreen computer”.
I wonder how they feel about almost every store these days using at least a touch screen pinpad, if not full touch screen displays for the cashier and/or customer at the register...
In my experience, most places that have a touch screen also have a keyboard, or, if you're dealing with a "Self Checkout" lane, they at least have multiple open USB slots to plug a keyboard into. It's a rare thing indeed for a company to make the upgrade to touch screens but skimp on a keyboard for the registers...
I got detention in 1st grade because the PE teacher heard me call a girl a 'sexy pig'. I actually called her a sexist pig in response to her saying girls rule boys drool during boys vs girls volleyball. When I told the assistant principal my perspective it was rejected because a 1st grader wouldn't know what a sexist is and calling someone a sexy pig apparently makes more sense. They actually told me I didn't know what a sexist was, even though I was absorbing Limbaugh on the daily riding in the car with my parents. I don't think pointing that out would have helped my case though. Public education folks.
If Alex was my kid, he would get a Super Nintendo, a Pizza Hut party, and a t-shirt that says "my teacher is a moron" with the last paragraph printed on the back to wear to during detention.
My child would not be serving detention under these circumstances. I'd tell the principal and teachers to fuck off, and if they pushed further, I'd contact the administrator or school board.
My parents didn't stand teachers' bullshit in the late 90s. There was this one authoritarian bitch who constantly picked on me for no reason. One day I threw a piece of paper in the trashcan that was 2 ft away from my desk. She wrote me up for disturbing the class because I didn't get up and drop it in the can (which would've been a bigger 'class disturbance') and my parents let her and the VP have it.
After that, my parents talked to the principal to get me moved classes and the principal refused to cooperate, even after further teacher bullying. My parents contacted the superintendent and he showed up unannounced at a meeting my parents were having with the principal, flanked by our lawyer. I was moved classes the next day and enjoyed the rest of my school year.
A lot of teachers are authoritarian assholes who think any position that gives them a modicum of power makes them absolute rulers.
That teacher/principal sound like the professor/dean that I had in college. The "professor" was a diversity hire who couldn't teach code for shit, but was still regularly put in charge of big Comp Sci classes at the last second (often for mandatory subjects that students couldn't skip or get an alternative for).
After two semesters of worthless "teaching", my parents spoke to the department dean about her. The dean's response? "She's not getting as many complaints as she used to."
On an unrelated sidenote, the University of Central Florida's Comp Sci and Math departments are much worse than advertised...
Absolutely! Unless my child gets in a fight, curses out a teacher or staff, vandalizes school property, or is refusing to do school work - don't contact me and waste my time because you're going to piss me off.
With something like this I would go scorched earth. The local news and superintendent would be aware of this little note AFTER I confronted said teacher.
I'll never forget this old reddit thread where a guy was recounting an occurrence in his elementary school class where his teacher was saying that the sun comes out in the daytime and the moon at night. Several students spoke up and said that the moon was visible during the day also. The teacher was adamant and insisted that you can only see the moon at night. Then a kid who was seated near a window called out "Yo teach, there go the moon right there."
It's not that it never receives light, it's just that the moon's rotation has slowed down to match its orbital period, so we'll never see it FROM EARTH.
If we actually went outside of the Moon's orbital range and looked back, we could see both sides given enough time.
I had an English teacher who once told our class that women make 71 cents for each dollar that men make and that it was an indisputable fact. The vast majority of teachers are leftists who aren’t very bright and want to use their power to indoctrinate the programmable minds of children.
If wahman believe that women consistently make less than men, then how come it is so hard for them to find a man to date who makes more money than them?
Easiest way to disprove that: If women were EXACTLY as knowledgeable/efficient/hardworking/loyal/reliable as men but were all paid 71 cents for each dollar, then NO COMPANY would EVER hire a man until EVERY SINGLE WOMAN had either been hired or taken themselves off the job market.
Why pay nearly 30% more per worker for no additional benefit?
These women who believe the wage gap are the same women who lament about not being able to find a man to date/marry that makes more money than them. If only they saw the irony.
Even many of the women who are top-class business executives, with 6- or 7-figure salaries, big penthouses/houses/mansions, and expensive cars, still largely desire men who are older than them and make more money than them, only to get depressed and complain when they can't find anyone who meets their standards.
A better path for women would be to marry young, raise a family, stay at home with the kids until they are old enough to not need babysitters, and THEN go back to school or re-enter the job market. You'll lose ~10 years of education/employment compared to people who jump straight in, but you'll have a family that cares for you, a decade of real-world experience in things that are truly essential (micro-economics from balancing the budget, financial planning from saving for vacations, personnel management from keeping your kids in line and raising them into well-rounded adults, charisma and public speaking from being active in your kids' lives and attending things like PTA meetings, etc.), and a minimal net loss of salary by the time you're ready to retire with your spouse.
The mouth is a bunch of teeth (similar material to fingernails) surrounded by muscles and nerves (similar to the layers just below your skin), with the tongue (a bigger muscle with taste buds as well as nerves) helping to guide everything along.
Without our lips to seal it shut, our mouths wouldn't even be able to seal themselves off from the elements.
If a teacher is telling my kid "you're right, but I don't want you ever correcting me again", I'm going to take that as a challenge and tell my kid that I'll reward him every single time he (accurately) corrects the teacher.
The teachers attitude is widely prevalent today......try telling a liberal something they don't already know and they blow up at you and call you a liar.....I guess they view themselves as the ultimate purveyors of truth and their mind can't accept that other people can know important things too...
Teachers now:
I'm giving your son an assignment about queer dance theory, because your son laughed when I told the class that some women have a penis. Laughing is forbidden in my class as it makes depressed kids feel more depressed. In my class all kids should be equally depressed.
Had a math teacher that was teaching us the FOIL method. Had a test on it was the first one done. I didnt show my work so she put a 0 on it and told me to go to the office for cheating. I said I'm the first one done how did I cheat? She said you didnt show your work and I cant do that math in my head. I said well you cant because you're not as smart as me. She lost her mind. Took me to the principal's office and wrote this problem that was 10 times harder than what we were doing on his board and told me to do it in my head. I did and told her the answer. She started working it out and walked out when she realized I was right. Most teachers are scum of the earth. Out of all the teachers I've ever had there were only 3 that ever taught me shit.
The proper way is to take points off for not showing work, but still give the opportunity to pass. The point of showing your work in math is not to prove you didn't cheat, but to prove you have command of the algorithms required to solve equations AT EVERY STEP.
Now I agree her methods were excessive, but who's REALLY in the wrong here? Her for overreacting? Or you for refusing to show your mastery of the subject?
Let's think about it this way: If you're applying at my company for a job, and you say you have typing skills, the first thing I'm gonna do is assess your skills with a typing test. You refuse the assessment, and I refuse to hire you because I can't verify your skill at typing. You just lost out on a job opportunity because you didn't want to show your work. I had a friend who was a game dev and couldn't land interviews because she didn't know the vernacular of what she did for a living, and so couldn't pass assessments asking her to think about problem solving without the actual problem in front of her; she said she 'couldn't do it', but I believe it is a skill that can be learned because I'M THE EXACT SAME WAY. Once I learned to think conceptually I became WAY better at solving problems.
See where I'm headed with this? It's a lesson to children to show work, and it translates DIRECTLY into the adult world. If we were teaching our children this important but critical lesson, it'd make WAY more sense.
She knew exactly what she was doing and she knew the reaction she was gonna get out of me so I satisfied her. She was a cunt so I was a dick. Do two wrongs make a right. Probably not. But I'm also not gonna let anyone shit on me whether it's a teacher or employer. See why I did what I did?
I had an art teacher tell my mom that I didnt pass her class but she never wanted to see my face again so she passed me anyways. I was in 7th grade. Could you imagine being so soft that a 7th grader did that shit to you.
And now they can take your child from you and sell them to a pedophile for not abusing your child into submission to their authority. 1984 failed to highlight the true evils behind a socialist state. It’s time we write 2020, the story of a true 1984
While the teachers in the private Catholic school system I was in were more educated (my high school math teachers in particular were first rate), there were still a lot of petty tyrants and control freaks.
This happened to me in 4th grade. My dad came to pick me up from school because I argued with the teacher and I was right. That bitch hated me. I was 9, she was 49.
I can't even imagine how small a person you'd have to be to have a 9 year old as an enemy.
I witnessed that firsthand in my algebra 2 class in HS.
The difference was the whole class, and the student teacher all told the teacher that a mile was longer than a km and she still didn't believe us.
We told her how when we ran our 5k cross country races it was 3.1 miles...nothing.
Maybe if she was as interested in teaching as she was with her smart board that was always glitching out, I could have learned math my last 2 years of HS...
Friend of mine has a sister that’s a teacher. She was arguing they should be paid more (as we all do, nothing wrong with that) and she was pointing to the fact that she has friends making $80,000+ a year doing different non-teaching jobs. She was making roughly $60,000/yr teaching so I pointed out that her friends work year round and she works 3/4 of the year so they are being paid the same rate for their labor. She didn’t understand. Didn’t matter how we drew it up on paper, diagrams, etc... she couldn’t grasp it. She’s a math teacher...
Although he was correct? What a cock!
I taught for 3 years 2012-2015 and it SUCKED! Teachers today are WORSE than they were in the 90s for sure! After 18 years of school 12 years then 6 of college I remember only 1 teacher! Mr Godfrey 5th grade science! The others were wastes of skin!
It's pervasive from kindergarten through university. At 47 years of age I had, what I believe to be, the last of the old school professors. My required freshman composition English courses were taught by a Battered Bastard of Bastogne. My required history course was taught by a Pacific Theater Marine Vet. My engineering courses were taught by, wait for it, wait, no not yet, someone with about twenty years of engineering experience.
Your success is out of your own control. They consistently make excuses such as some kids do well because they are just smarter. Creates lack of motivation and a victim mentality.
They teach you how to follow directions and do not reward problem solving. This has no benefit to you once you are in the real world.
Bonus 3. They get kids addicted to meth cause of muh ADD.
Bonus 4. They feed your kids absolute shit and have their bodies wrecked by 18.
I got in trouble in the 4th grade for arguing that the fairness doctrine doesn't really sound fair and that it didn't make sense. Why would "fairness" be in the name when it's not fair?
My argument was that it is impossible to give "each side" the same amount of time on radio or television because there can be an infinite amount of sides.
The teacher's argument is that only the R and D really applies here. So my counter argument was well then it's not fair to everyone.
Teacher tried to explain this to my mom but she didn't understand what this was about and just punished me.
Although, yes technically this is a Math class - actual math hasn't been taught in
this school since 2007.
We have implemented a "Resistance" curriculum in its' place. Which brings me
to the problem at hand. Eddie has consistently refused to wear the "White Racist" dunce-cap that the children of color have crayoned and stapled together for him.
This is disrespectful and I would like you to meet me to discuss in person.
"Although he was correct"
I think everyone has an experience where they knew something obvious that the teacher didn't. Its because teachers aren't that smart. They are taught about child psychology and making lesson plans, not actual science and math and critical thinking.
I still remember my 7th grade biology teacher insisting that "blood is blue inside your body and only turns red when exposed to air, that's why your veins are blue."
What a dumb bitch.
"I caught a cold because i forgot my scarf and it was chilly"... that urban legend still lives in elderly people.
Korea: fans used to circulate air chop atoms apart and can lead to asphyxiation and cannot be used for more than a few hours without causing death.
Japan: I went outside in the rain for 30 minutes and now I have a deathly fever that requires a suppository
The Korea one is so stupid, just open a window and you can run the fan all day because you have a fresh supply of non chopped up air atoms.
I mean, if fans were actually splitting atoms, I think people would know it.
Or necessitates taking a bath in the house of your childhood best friend so that misunderstandings can happen.
I married a Korean so I heard that one a lot.
Apparently it gets so hot snd humid in Korea that if you sleep with a fan on you you will die. I don't understand why but I've read a few research reports showing that it is true. In extreme circumstances fans can cause you to overheat.
Perhaps if you're dehydrated, . No sweat, no evap, fan can warm you.
wouldn't korea's belief cause an explosion?
Still more believable than masks working
We need more "Alexs"(from the OP) and less Karens.

I remember when my 5th grade teacher insisted that a 6 mi by 6 mi square was 6 square miles and got mad at me when I said it wasn't.

But that's stupidity. The teacher in this letter knew they were messing up & then threw a fit when a student had the SHEER GAL to correct xim.
then spent half the letter explaining the argument and then ended it he was right but still...
As Norm MacDonald would say, "to be a 2nd grade teacher you only need a 3rd grade education."
I'm Not Norm
I love that channel
I'm Not Norm keeps me laughing all week when a video posts. If you want a guy that literally "DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT" it's Norm MacDonald.
My favorite part is Norm talking about Charles Woodson winning the Heisman and how they can’t take that away from you, “unless you kill your wife and a waiter.”
Wait, Ham isn't meat? HELL! This is going to change my local Catholic Church's entire fish fry this Lent!
"Theyre not animals, theyre MAMMALS!" ..and.. "It's not an animal it's an insect"
She was probably thinking of Nebraska
HEY NOW!!!
I was insulting the teacher, not the most central of the states of America.
I would love to live in any of them.
Those who cant teach work for the government.
Those who can’t teach, teach gym
"he would be better off simply accepting my teachings"
upon receiving a letter like that, I would take my kid out for ice cream and talk about the value of detecting bullshit in adulthood
The sky is green.
SAY IT!
The SKY is GREEN!
“THERE ARE FOUR LIGHTS!!!”
Love Star Trek. Patrick Steward is an acting genius.
Too bad he's a flaming loony lefty in real life. Otherwise, he is my favorite Enterprise Captain.
(And by "flaming" I mean flaming; also like "retarded", as in: You're fucking retarded, you dumb flaming liberal")
Yeah did he ever get that US citizenship that he promised to do in 2016 so he could vote against Trump this year? I’m guessing not.
His episode of Frasier is hilarious.
And a cuck

Oh, so you're the one guy who likes Jim Carrey and thinks he's funny?
When he was popular back in the... 90s? I remember my friends going crazy about him. Doing his impressions.. "Spank you very much!"
Even back then, he was not funny.
Sorry, truth hurts.
I get your response...it's just WAY out of context with regards to your comment and my response. If you were trying to insult me with your obvious non-sequitur then you'll be disappointed. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Have a nice day.
His movies from the 90s are still funny.
Everything he did after the year 2000 is steaming garbage.
Hey, you wanna hear the most annoying sound in the world?
She now works as a fact checker.
Old lefty witch got embarrassed!
Private school.

Waiting for trump to hear these stories and introduce a federal school choice program giving tax cuts to people who don't use the public schools.
How about mother's raise them themselves? Just a thot.
Amazing... i know it was a mistake but amazing nonetheless
School vouchers. Let the parents pick which school their kids go to, and let the competition begin. It also solves the issue of perpetuated generational inner-city nonsense.
Secondly, bust up teachers unions that cross county lines.
These 2 actions would solve much!
Bust up teacher's unions that spread through more than a fifth of the faculty.
a fifth of one school's faculty? Not sure how that would even be effective. Perhaps that's the point, to completely remove them?
Either go away or be competitively better than other unions
Solution is:
Repeal the 19th.
Decriminalize pot (or whatever the drug of choice is for poor people, dad's are no good sitting in a jail cell)
Teach the 10 commandments
Reduce welfare for single mothers
100% paternity test on all newborn babies
Encourage Marriage
Fund mental institutions
Ban abortions
Stigmatized women working outside of the home.
MAKE PATRIARCHY GREAT AGAIN!
Patriarchy can't be that bad if the UN hates it.
I'd be very interested in seeing what happens socially if we had a 100% guaranteed paternity test for every birth. If we could make welfare a strictly short-term program that would be amazing.
wouldn't though?...lol
/If ran on this platform, I don't think I would get the Karen vote.
On top of all that, how about an end to no-fault divorce?
There are government schools receiving $30,000 per child.
"Teachers are 'overpaid' tax funded babysitters..." FTFY
They used to be. Now they are often communist shills who went into teaching so that they could make a difference in the world by under-minding capitalism.
'undermining'
That’s what I typed and it auto corrected me so I didn’t argue with it but Swype is a typo generating machine.
Without schools, we would have gangs of children running through the streets, rioting and assaulting and burning down busin---wait a second.
I got into trouble in 2nd grade for contradicting a teacher who insisted that the Earth was the closest planet to the Sun.
Public education in our country is 99.99999% shit.
My science teacher said "Some day we'll land a spaceship on Mars". We already had.
My science teacher said we would never have touch screen computers. In the year 2000.
Writes that down on Palm Pilot.
I loved that thing
He actually said that the touch screen computers at the time were “different because they just had pre-set touch zones and there will never be a full touchscreen computer”.
I wonder how they feel about almost every store these days using at least a touch screen pinpad, if not full touch screen displays for the cashier and/or customer at the register...
I despise touchscreens for the cashier. Hard keys are so much faster
In my experience, most places that have a touch screen also have a keyboard, or, if you're dealing with a "Self Checkout" lane, they at least have multiple open USB slots to plug a keyboard into. Yeah, at that point, instead of serving detention, you come pick him up from school and take him to whatever fun place he wants to go.
Rinse and repeat until the teachers stop trying to punish your kid for being smarter than they are.
Or worse tell them you cant pick them up until 9pm. Teacher has to stay
I could not imagine my parents standing up for that in the 80s
My parents didn't stand teachers' bullshit in the late 90s. There was this one authoritarian bitch who constantly picked on me for no reason. Studies show female teachers arebiased towards male students particularly with grading
Lord help the teacher who sends that shit home to me.
Username checks out.
It's not that it never receives light, it's just that the moon's rotation has slowed down to match its orbital period, so we'll never see it FROM EARTH.
If we actually went outside of the Moon's orbital range and looked back, we could see both sides given enough time.
They actually call a moon visible during the day a "children's moon", because it's the only moon children usually get to see.
I had an English teacher who once told our class that women make 71 cents for each dollar that men make and that it was an indisputable fact. The vast majority of teachers are leftists who aren’t very bright and want to use their power to indoctrinate the programmable minds of children.
Female teacher? I swear only women believe that crap.
Yeah it was a female teacher. Imagine actually thinking that, all else equal, you get paid less than your male counterpart.
then where are the businesses that only employ women and make 29% more profit (neglecting non-payroll overhead)?
I don't think they actually believe it. They just know that if they somehow win that argument, they'll get paid more than men do.
If wahman believe that women consistently make less than men, then how come it is so hard for them to find a man to date who makes more money than them?
"islam is right about women."
Lips are first... Check mate.
Where is Alex today?
He runs InfoWars!
Although he was correct about the frogs, his actions show a blatant disregard for authority!
Have my updoot! Do we have proof of goblins?
Gay frogs is real, for anyone who doubts it.

Tyrone Hayes was a guest on InfoWars talking about his frog research on Atrazine at Berkeley.
Sygenta tried to intimidate him into withdrawing his papers.
Here he is talking on Democracy Now (I couldn't find the InfoWars clip)

Hilariously, David Hogg - yes that one is carrying water for Monsanto on this Gun control fascist youth front man David Hogg sides with MONSANTO, falsely claims atrazine herbicide doesn’t interfere with hormones - that was a new on on me today while I was trying to find the InfoWars clip.

If a teacher is telling my kid "you're right, but I don't want you ever correcting me again", I'm going to take that as a challenge and tell my kid that I'll reward him every single time he (accurately) corrects the teacher.
To find the measure of a ma'am, give them power and see what they do with it.
I had a classmate named Marrio, and exactly this thing happened to him.
The teachers attitude is widely prevalent today......try telling a liberal something they don't already know and they blow up at you and call you a liar.....I guess they view themselves as the ultimate purveyors of truth and their mind can't accept that other people can know important things too...
The kid was there to learn. The teacher was there to control.
Teachers now: I'm giving your son an assignment about queer dance theory, because your son laughed when I told the class that some women have a penis. Laughing is forbidden in my class as it makes depressed kids feel more depressed. In my class all kids should be equally depressed.
....is it a nice ass?
Trust but verify
School punishes the smart and rewards the rule followers.
If you show up and punch the cards in most modern universities you will get a B minimum.
BEDMAS
You sound like me.
I got kicked out of 20th century history because I felt like the teacher was a dolt who honestly knew less than I did at that point in my life.
She spent a week on the industrial revolution and skipped over WW1 and WW2 in like one day. Wanted to focus on women's issues if I recall.
I failed 20th century history. Because the teacher didn't like my attitude not because I didn't know the subject material.
I had an art teacher tell my mom that I didnt pass her class but she never wanted to see my face again so she passed me anyways. I was in 7th grade. Could you imagine being so soft that a 7th grader did that shit to you.
Her therapist definitely knows your name
Dr Fauci esque
And now they can take your child from you and sell them to a pedophile for not abusing your child into submission to their authority. 1984 failed to highlight the true evils behind a socialist state. It’s time we write 2020, the story of a true 1984
While the teachers in the private Catholic school system I was in were more educated (my high school math teachers in particular were first rate), there were still a lot of petty tyrants and control freaks.
They're drawn to where they can have control over others, like how pedos are drawn to places with kids.
This happened to me in 4th grade. My dad came to pick me up from school because I argued with the teacher and I was right. That bitch hated me. I was 9, she was 49.
I can't even imagine how small a person you'd have to be to have a 9 year old as an enemy.
My kids get a note like this and we're going to the amusement park that weekend.
This is amazing, I had the EXACT same argument with my teacher in 5th grade. You know what it taught me? Not to have confidence in myself.
No way that is real
She’s a math teacher...
ouch.
Teachers should be required to take an IQ test and make at least a 100. The people teaching kids ought to be above average, not below.
April 20 is Hitlerw bday. Look at the name. Come on, man!
The quick and easy degree at any university has always been a teaching degree. Pay the tuition and attend class. Boom, you're in.
Petty tyrants. This is every liberal, they’re all a bunch of tyrants.
One of few instances where disregard for authority is healthy.
You're obviously pretty slow on picking up this lesson. Authority should ALWAYS be questioned. Only God is a perfect authority.
😁😁 I question your authority on such matters.
That's the spirit!
Schools teach you two very dangerous things...
Holy shit.
"It doesn't matter that he was right, it matters that he won't obey without question."
Honk fucking honk.
Not only dumb enough to get that wrong, but stupid enough to put it in writing and send it home.
Fake and gay.
April 20th gives it away.
If this were real, that kid would have this letter sent home before October.
I would gladly buy Alex a beer. Blatant disregard for authority is something we both have in common!
I had this same thing happen to me in elementary school.
Teacher was going off the answer key which was wrong.
And she refused to work out the problem by hand herself and I refused to accept the wrong answer.
Got sent to the Principal's office.
This is the proof. It aint education, it's indoctrination. and if this is "education" well ... (you know where this is going)
we don't need no education
2020 :
"Dear Mrs. Smith,
Although, yes technically this is a Math class - actual math hasn't been taught in
this school since 2007.
Yours truly,
Cuck Soylent. "
Alex 2024
I agree the letter would be better if it had less self-awareness and he still insisted 1 mile was less than 1km.
Dear Mr. Hilliker:
Fuck you.
Alex's parents.
if we started administering 'parking lot justice' to them as they exited the school for the day i think it can be turned around.
there is nothing a good hard SLAP cant fix.
What kind of boomer email chain bullshit is this?
Teachers don't want to be called out on their b.s. because they know all that social justice they are teaching is not true!
