I wonder how they feel about almost every store these days using at least a touch screen pinpad, if not full touch screen displays for the cashier and/or customer at the register...
In my experience, most places that have a touch screen also have a keyboard, or, if you're dealing with a "Self Checkout" lane, they at least have multiple open USB slots to plug a keyboard into. It's a rare thing indeed for a company to make the upgrade to touch screens but skimp on a keyboard for the registers...

I despise touchscreens for the cashier. Hard keys are so much faster
