Yes, and continue to encourage individual voter validation. Use an executive order to require receipts notification. Maybe Real ID. Maybe on-line tallies in real time. Or use of a credit/debit or federal benefit card with real-time validation to voter rolls, passport and SSN's. Use bitcoin technology. photos at the ballot box and mail-in. security cameras at all plowing places. All kinds of ways to keep it honest.
