Every one of them was likely rigged. Between voter fraud, purposely mishandling ballots, and buying votes with welfare schemes, they haven't had an honest election since before any of us were born.
Right. If the mail in fraud works then Biden wins, and no investigation. If the fraud doesn't work and Trump wins, they can declare the election invalid because of "voter fraud"

If Biden "wins" he doesn't become president immediately. There's 2 months and a half in which Trump is still president and can investigate the fraud.

The DOJ has been wanting to get rid of Trump for months no way in hell they help him investigate anything.
But Trump can fire everyone and appoint new people ad interim
