Sad thing is it isn’t only a supply side issue but they let the infrastructure collapse while pumping money into social issues and environmental issues and restrictions. This coupled with open borders policies and uncontrolled immigration caused population growth as a result, which in turn causes most of the energy and housing crisis we see today.

Well, pretty soon they won't have money for either infrastructure, or for social issues.
I just hope CA people figure this out before it's too late.
