If they aren't recognizing the real causes of their problems, and moving to make the fixes, why should we help them? They want to blame absurd things like "global warming" for problems that are OBVIOUSLY direct consequences of their OWN stupid politics. We should force them to admit their fault and start correcting it before we help them at all imo.

Goats, they eat underbrush, reproduce like well, goats (alot), and would give the mountain lions and coyotes something to eat other than peoples dogs and cats. California is so stupid they are suffering from a problem that a goat is smart enough too solve.
Common sense approach to a problem the rest of the country understands well. But a word of caution, do you really want to introduce CA to goats? That's how you get satyrs.
