It was the same thing for hillary. At the start she tried to do rallies but no one would show up and they had a couple of hundred of staffers and volunteers tag along so the press could take up close shots of them reeeeeing and clapping to make it look like anyone cared. Then wide shots started to come out and that was the end of hillary's run for president.

At least Shillary's campaign had some type of buzz around my social circles-- I had friends who were legitimately excited to vote for her ("muh glass ceiling!") and who legitimately cried when she lost. That energy and emotion for Creepy Joe just isn't there. When I think hard about it, the silence is kind of deafening. There's nothing exciting about him or any of his ideas, at all.

That's because the D's already know they will lose a fair election by a landslide no matter who they put up so they picked the two least liked as sacrifices to save future races for the others. Besides it looks like their goal now is to jam up the election so that there is no clear winner by jan 20th so pelosi becomes president. Not gonna happen.

House doesn't get to vote until the Senate confirms the votes received from the electoral college. The electoral college is the key here. From the text of the 12th Amendment:

The Electors shall meet in their respective states.

Ok, so when do they meet? Title 3 USC 7:

The electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment

Well when do they get appointed? Again from Title 3 USC 1:

The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November.

Now the kicker, again Title 3 USC 2:

Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.

Vote by mail virtually guarantees this choice will fail, the ballot will be voided, and the electors will be chosen by the states' legislatures.

Ah those pesky amendments. Aren’t we still fighting over the phrasing of “shall not be infringed”? The odds are that Pelosi will not be bumped to President, but this is 2020 so who knows?

Exactly. They pulled a Romney/Ryan or a Kerry/Edwards. Put someone up there to lose then put your best foot forward next time.

Notes: It took me like 30 seconds of deep thought to remember the name of Delecto's running mate.

Wow - Romney/Ryan... What a power duo.

Totally agree.I think they know Trump is going to win as a fact.Models and internal polls.Biden knows as well hence the half assed campaign.

Even if that’s the plan Pelosi will likely stroke around in the middle of their schemes and further reveal the Clown show that is the Democrat party.

There are two type of voters. Voters who are voting for Trump and voters who are voting against him. Nobody is voting for Biden.

“At least it’s not Trump” is not a very good rally cry. I’ve had people openly say that the sooner Harris takes over the better. I like Pence and all, but couldn’t imagine being in that state of mind where a VP hopeful is what I’m voting on.

I was with some lefty friends over the weekend and they were commenting ‘I don’t know why we don’t see more Biden/Harris signs and stickers...’

...it’s low enthusiasm guys. You put forward candidates who run contrary to your stated values and it is making people dems feel dirty even if they won’t admit it.

In which case his supporters need to know that according to Joe, Trump wants to defund the police, not him.

His supporters are all sleeping after a long night of rioting.

and she still almost won.

let that sink in...

It was close for sure and that was due to Trump not really being a known political figure so the fence sitters not used to the biased media propaganda went her way. That is most certainly not the case now. Trump has a proven record to show off and pretty much everyone knows the media are complete propagandists now. I'm confident most of the fence sitters will be going over to Trump this time.

the dems have free campaign boosting from the MSM = a massive contribution, and capable of brainwashing the gullible (hence TDS in fools like Alyssa Milano)

Photoshopped crowds and free concerts

I've got to be honest I never heard this about Clinton campaign. I don't find it hard to believe, but sharing as a reminder that we need to be aware that what we know here on T_D may not be what other voters know.

SquiggyMcPepe 5 points ago +5 / -0

She only did a handful right at the start and then went back to small dinner parties with donors with the occasional unscheduled guest showing at events where the crowds came to see others and she would be inserted in the middle to a lukewarm response. Those ended pretty fast too and she settled into the biden routine of making prepared speeches from home.

ImWithHearse 7 points ago +7 / -0

She needed big names like Springsteen and BonJovi to get people to show up. Wondering if these headliners will line up for Hiden.

4
SquiggyMcPepe 4 points ago +4 / -0

Well not springsteen as he is missing in action like many celebrities waiting for the feds to finally come and collect them for their demonic perversions. Haven't heard any pedo rumors about bonjovi though so there is hope not everyone was corrupted.

Don't forget Hillary's Costco book tour. Right near the toilet paper.
