Leftists on Twatter are dumber than rocks. Most of them think the entire dept resigned, when it was the chief and his top staff that retired if they bothered to read.

Of course they have envisioned this as some miracle what they can "remake public safety" by sending social workers to guys high on PCP naked in the street. Strangely, I have yet to see a single social worker say they would be willing to do that, just white kids from affluent areas with little to no crime saying that is what someone else needs to do.
