When can we start charging “protestors” for their harassment and hate crimes? You can’t tell me what went down in Rochester and Pittsburgh are no different than what these two women did.
I guess shouting obscenities at random old people is protected free speech. The only crime was the theft of the beer and then the destruction of the beer glass. Still, you'd think that what is happening to people enjoying patio dining would be considered menacing, which ought to be illegal.
They destroyed the property of the restaurant and harassed their patrons causing the owners to lose money. The restaurant owners are in the same position as the kid.
