This whole riot in Rochester is due to a pcp junkie. Almost every case involving what is supposedly considered police brutality involves perps who resist, are drugged up or threaten the officers. Honestly, I have no.idea how you solve a problem when the people protesting do not acknowledge any wrongdoing by these martyr types.
