If Trump wins the popular vote, then he automatically gets 196 Electoral College votes from: CA (55), CO (9), CT (7), DC (3), DE (3), HI (4), IL (20), MA (11), MD (10), NJ (14), NM (5), NY (29), OR (7), RI (4), VT (3), and WA (12). HRC won the "popular" due to voter fraud in California she got over 3 million fake votes there. It'll be the same for Biden in 2020.
