Texas being by far the biggest red state has a lot of influence nationally. Even we have some commies running our big cities but overall still thankfully red! If we’d held I think other red states would have followed and that would have stalled the push to destroy our economy.

I think he probably honestly ideologically aligns conservative, it's really a matter of what is he willing to DO? Abbott might FEEL personally that we shouldn't have shut down, but he gave in to pressure to shut down because he is weak as a leader.
