Agree. Also, they need to do this with the NFL and NBA. No team can win the Super Bowl unless the team reflects the population as a whole, so if Minnesota is a certain percentage white, those Vikings have to be the same percentage white! And the NBA has to have at least one woman, one LGBTQ, etc person, and one disabled person in the starting line-up in order to be eligible for any championships.

Even the local spelling bee should have to include one spelling deficient person, one gluten intolerant person, one child with red hair, and at least one child that is ESL.
