It's sad that they're saying that, because not only are Retarded people not oppressed, but they're pretty much the one genuinely disadvantaged group society as a whole pretty much says "Yeah, okay, these people genuinely need more help, let's be empathetic here and help them live among us." Whites are a minority globally, so it’s pretty dumb to consider Asians, for example, an under represented group when the Asian population globally might be the majority group world-wide.
