Is this the guy that tried to murder someone that was laying on the ground? Is this the same person that attempted murder on a innocent life? If so, how is he still running free to do it again?

Not to mention a felon that was provably wielding a gun.

They will argue he thought he was protecting people.

Doesn't matter. He's a felon and was provably wielding a firearm. That's a federal offense that would have the ATF throwing any of us in prison for 10 years, but he's walking free. The system is broken and needs to be dismantled so we can try again.

Tbh I don’t think it’s confirmed that he’s a felon. Maybe charged with a felony crime but never convicted, I think.

Yes I believe the two that Kyle killed were confirmed and convicted felons, but nodickmedic had committed some lesser crime (burglary I think?). I'm not American so I don't know what exactly constitutes a felony.

Ahahaha, it makes me laugh every time when people think the Feds care about crime. They’re there to enable the swamp and send 15 agents to look at garage pulls - you can’t expect them to investigate obviously provable crimes caught on camera...
