They will have to really pick the neighborhood they terrorize carefully.

  • PD will go hard if it's in the rich neighborhood (which is thick with irony)
  • If they go downtown, maybe
  • If they venture east of downtown, they gangs will have none of a bunch of rich white bois thrash their city

And, I don't think that I have to mention what will happen if these punks venture too far west of MacArthur Park and find themselves in Koreatown. LOL

These kids are too young to remember the movie Training Day. Rampart division don't play. East hollywood is their best bet, just a bunch of shitty strip malls and auto repair shops. If they go downtown they can recruit the 70k crackheads to join their brainless army.
