The fiscal conservative in me is still worried about lasting complications from this virus. I say this bc there are reports of long term damage which costs us much more than deaths.
I still don’t think there is enough long term information to make a determination if this is something you just get over or if it is actually causing chronic problems.
I worry about this bc mostly poor and elderly get this thing. If the poor develop lasting problems we all know who is footing that bill.

Old people are having their lives cut short by a few weeks due to covid.
and that’s not always true either, I bet double digit percentages of those deaths had nothing to do with covid.
