They are racists that believe the only way to ensure black people have any hope at competing against other races is to CONSTANTLY discriminate against everyone else. Asians are certainly not going to count as "people of color". And poor whites are not at all considered because more than anything else - the retarded stepchildren of the modern left - black people - need to have their drawings put on the fridge and praised ( even if they just wiped shit on a piece of paper and successfully pointed to their feet ).
This is not black folks fault but them playing into it is incredibly low and dishonorable. They likely don"t see or care that the people handing them these set asides don't think black people are intellectually capable of earning positions on their merit.
