There was a family he found living UNDER a house he bought in Jacksonville... he moved them into the house and gave it to them, deed included.

My grandfather grew up without a dad and was dirt poor. The only father figure he ever had was a black man that did care for him but would have to take him (a white child) to the movies with his kids so they could get in. My grandfather just passed away a few years ago and honestly I'm glad he's gone now because seeing the country like this would have broken his heart. He also was stationed in Germany after WWII and dealt with the Stasi. He hated him some commies.
