Don't fall into that trap. Just because you have objective, statistical data doesn't mean all people from the group will exhibit said negative trait, it just says there's an increased likelihood and as such would be rational to warrant more individual screening.
The only fair solution to this is to apply equal standards, but leftists/liberals/progressives/democrats believe equality is "white supremacy".
Thomas Sowel talks about this is well. He said when he was in grad school way back when, he experienced racism, but he also was respected by the white students since they knew what he was up against. He says now that affirmative action has taken over, his students, especially the black students, have no respect for him since they assume he's a diversity hire.
Late to the comment but I wanted to add something positive.
My primary Dr. at the VA is a Black Woman.
I'm well old enough that I've had plenty of Docs here and there in multiple places I've lived. She is the absolute best and I cannot say enough great things about her.
Exactly. This doesn’t help anyone, and it creates a perception of racism that’s not real. The real racism is lowering the standard for certain races. We should pride ourselves on having the best doctors, held to the highest standard. I wonder what the stats are like for medical malpractice suits. I just know some “racial equity” group has the stats on such a thing.
Now I'm afraid to have a black doctor.
The black community will trust the credentials and when they get substandard care they will cry systemic racism.
Why is black Dr's so dumb?

That's ignorant
I heard that in the South Park universe, Token grows up to be the next black guy on SCOTUS

A “D” level Pilot is a nonstarter for me

Anyway, your mileage may vary. Thanks!
You are right about that. BTW: I actually meant to reply to the comment you were replying to that said he was afraid to have a black doctor.
But all the best doctors on commercials are black?
The demand for black actors in stock images is high!
I have noticed... saw a commercial yesterday with only white people in it.
I reported it to the diversity commissars immediately, of couse!
My first thought when I see white people in a commercial is "gee, that company is brave!"
And let's not forget the great Dr. Huckstabul who invented the sleepy pudding pop!

And people wonder why Hispanics hate doctors...they've got point you know 🤔
