this is the correct way to look at things... even this 'muh second wave' through the sun belt was a huge fizzle. These are the type of cases that have existed since day 0 yet went undetected. Add to the fact that we've been using the wrong (far too sensitive) testing methods, and this has proven to be a complete fraud. TPTB will never admit it.
My school has had 30 confirmed cases since the school reopened in the summer, 27 recovered, 3 active cases. Zero hospitalizations. Everyone does a questionnaire before entering campus, and if you think you might be sick, they're offering drivethrough testing in the parking lot every day. The precaution levels are being stepped down gradually every couple weeks. We've had one confirmed case in the last week. They closed the affected building for the day, sterilized surfaces, and we haven't had another confirmed cases since.
To be fair, technically women shouldn't be getting pelvic or pap exams until they're either 21 or 25 (sexual activity status does NOT change this) depending on your source. By then most students are graduated or close to it by the lower age. Some women are pressured into the exams against their will and against guidelines, but that's just the medical profession treating women like shit. The HPV cases should show as very low as a result if people knew what the guidelines were and chose to follow them.

The cowardice of today's Americans never ceases to amaze me. Life is filled with danger and risk. Deal with it and make everyday special.
