In the USSR - teachers would ask first graders what their parents did over the weekend - like go to church or hunt or meet with friends... that was all reported to 'authorities' and used against parents.
They did this type of stuff here 20 years ago when my son was in school. Asking what TV shows we watched and such. One of the Many reasons I yanked my kid out of there and homeschooled from 2nd grade on up.

Put your young kids in Montessori schools through age 7 or 8. Then transition to homeschooling according to the Ron Paul method, which will mean 3-4 years of significant parental involvement and then minimal for the rest of the child’s education. Enroll them in the endless sports and activities available outside of public schools. In high school many states allow kids to compete in public schools whether they attend the school or not. Private christian schools will often allow this, too.
You will have independent children with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills socialized by ADULTS rather than their idiotic, poisoned peer groups and absolutely degenerate(tm) teachers. Those traits alone will make them essentially immune to bullshit for the rest of their lives.
