I might sound like a lazy cuck but hear me out. I would go to the T_D subreddit for this information that is now several years old and buried but T_D is gone and I was just assigned a paper on Net Neutrality and explain how its good or bad.

Here's a starter: Title II and the Obama administration's interpretation of the protections (or rather, rewriting of them) is not net neutrality.
Net neutrality is a general cultural principle that was used as a pretext to support the Obama administration's classification of BSPs as "common carriers," but Title II is legislation and regulation that doesn't necessarily support it. I would suggest referring to the actual text. Argue that from a legal and practical perspective it does not ensure net neutrality.
