What if they normalize this? Radicalize inmates to want to kill white inmates, then force white inmates into cells with them. People don't really care about race-based prison murders, because the people in there are dangerous criminals anyway. Then they start putting normal white Americans in those same prisons for hate speech, thought crimes, etc.
