I swear, the 'Anti-Trump Book of the Month' Club is laughably bad.
Its certainly not without irony though. POTUS started the Task Force, implemented travel bans, stood ready to engage the DPA, built the Public-Private partnership, while urging calm and rational approaches.
At the same time, his political opponents were telling people to go out and party, visit beaches, see movies, etc, only to pivot less than a month later with a 'Sky is falling!' Doom and Gloom narrative, based on faulty IHME data modeling which claimed millions of deaths. In no state did that model come close to accuracy, even in states like NY and NJ, where they did everything they possible could to generate a body count.
